I have 25 years’ experience in the pensions and benefits industry, supporting employers and trustees on all aspects of employee benefits and reward.

I am passionate about using the technical and analytical skills we have at Isio to help companies understand their workforce and put in place policies to support the financial wellbeing of their employees.

Whilst I am a pensions actuary by background, my work today spans a much wider range of areas from HR due diligence in M&A situations to modelling projects covering different areas of pay compliance such as gender pay gap and ethnicity pay reporting.
